MY story

Hi, I'm Heather! My journey into fitness began with years of running, HIlT, and bootcamp classes. Over time, I discovered the power of strength training combined with proper nutrition, and it completely transformed not just my body, but my confidence and mindset. That transformation ignited a passion in me-to help others experience the same.

As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I offer personalized training programs and sustainable nutrition strategies designed to support your unique goals.
